Coaches and clubs can generate a single squad-wide plan for their team — physical training or mental performance, 6 or 12 weeks, built around your season, your training week, and your sport. Plans are reviewed by Emily before going live.

How it works

What we do NOT collect

  • Individual player medical notes
  • Individual cycle status
  • Individual mental health history

Team plans are squad-wide. Players who want individual plans can sign up separately and Emily reviews their personal intake one-to-one.
